A Dadbod Is Not An Inevitability

Now is the time to get dad fit, not a dadbod!
The Balanced Approach
Getting dad fit isn’t about impossible diets, spending hours in the gym, or selling the latest fads; it’s an honest and impartial look at my nutrition, exercise, and impact of lifestyle in order to shift, and keep off, that dad bod whilst still enjoying the things I love. It may sound like a cliché, but it really is all about balance, and hopefully you can learn from my mistakes and be inspired by my successes.
Consistency is key. Getting the training right is key to achieving your goals, but consistency is by far the quickest way to ensure success. Whether you lift, run, or just get active with the kids, do it regularly and you’re half way there. You can either copy what I do, or tweak it for your routine.

Finding life balance is the hardest thing in the world. Getting enough sleep, eliminating stress, and being at peace with the world is easier said than done, but finding a way to do these things will infinitely improve your chances of wellness.  I document my life as a soldier and single father.

Looking at the impact of what I eat and drink on my mood, energy levels, and body composition. Hopefully helping you to make educated choices for your body type and goals. There’s no such thing as a one size fits all diet plan; read my experiences, test and adjust, and find out what works for you.
